My Little Brew – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Little Brew. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.
If you are located outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us at marketing@brazcanco.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


4. Carrier Services

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Purolator

The carrier for your order will be chosen based on the most efficient and cost-effective option.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate.

If you do not receive your tracking number, check your spam folder or contact us at marketing@brazcanco.com.


6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
My Little Brew is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned packages caused by address errors may result in additional shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or excessively delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
While shipping delays are often outside our control, we will do everything possible to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

We will replace or refund damaged items as appropriate.


7. Local Pickup 

Local pickup may be available from our Toronto location.
If offered, you will see the pickup option at checkout and receive an email when your order is ready.


8. International Shipping 

For special requests, please contact us at marketing@brazcanco.com.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canadian shipments, taxes will be applied at checkout based on your province.
If international orders are approved in the future, the buyer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
