At My Little Brew, we want you to love every cup you brew. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made directly from My Little Brew within Canada.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Coffee Products (K-Cups)
Because coffee is a consumable product, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds for unopened boxes of K-cups.
Opened or partially used items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or defect.
If you believe your coffee product is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Gear & Merchandise
We accept returns and exchanges for gear and merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel, accessories) within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

In its original packaging

In resellable condition
We do not sell beauty or personal-care products, so those categories are not eligible for return.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (gear or merch), we can process an exchange once the returned product is received and inspected.
Exchanges for coffee products are only available for unopened boxes or quality-related issues.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no cost to you.
6. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale, and these cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
